Pros

Aggressive culture, great technology, excellent marketing support

Cons

Comp plan discourages direct sales from partnering & bad behavior. No clear rules & lack of senior mgt support for partners. Top performers are immune to rules & mgt talks out of both sides of their mouth. Great technology, but serious lack of focus on channel business & nobody is willing to put a stake in the ground (likely afraid to lose their jobs). Hopefully they'll get their act together soon or risk losing trust of the company's most valuable partners.

Pros

Good until New CSM leader Joined

Cons

CS org was too good until the new leader joined recently, he has lot of political views on people who doesn't know hindi, feels like hell working with him, The shows hatre5 again south indian, Finding odd mistakes to corner people. South Indian are feeling insecure working with him, and He majorly suports and credits people from his Own City or Near by, Would never recommend anyone to join here until the New Leader leaves.
