Pros
The colleagues are great. Everyone is very talented and good at what they do.
Cons
Where do I start : 1. Commvault has really good talents working for them but its a pity that management does not choose to listen. Quarterly updates are vague with no sense of proper direction. 2. Its a global company- I get it but the Australian market is different - we need a strategy that is relevant to the region. Don't try to fit a square peg in a round hole. 3. We were great once and everyone wants to work here but now we have become so toxic that no one wants to do business with us anymore.
