      Excellent product. It's very well received in the Service Provider market

      Cons

      There is a lot of politics, especially in EMEA. It's like they don't want to grow and in IT market, you grow or die. They can articulate a good value proposition in a shrinking market

      Pros

      A company that gets built from the ground up with no acquisitions. Great to contribute to such a story.

      Cons

      Sales teams and processes are micromanaged like in a much smaller shop. Beware of targets: 70 is the new 100 for many in the sales teams.
