Pros
High energy environment, great pay scale for those who look to over-achieve. Mid-level management gets lots of responsibility to keep the ship steering in the right direction, many smart people to work and collaborate with.
Cons
Annual re-org and constantly shifting quarterly priorities creates a lot of unnecessary stress and confusion at all levels of the organization. Chaotic strategic direction seems to be based on latest book read by senior management or fear of shareholder takeover, or both.
