      Awesome work life balance. Extensive product with lots to work on.

      Leadership was a little lacking in vision previously. This has improved due to the recent changes in management.

We know that we ask a lot from every Vaulter but we also believe we will only be successful if we create an environment where family and work feed off versus compete against each other. Be it through our unlimited vacation policy, family first principle, scholarship programs, premium-free healthcare or events such as our hallmark Bring Your Kids to Work Day, Halloween and Holiday party or family picnic that allow us to bring family and work together.       Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and for your contributions to making Commvault what it is today. With any new CEO coming in there is going to be change. Sanjay comes with his own vision and pace of work and has some big goals, which is exactly why our founders Bob and Al, along with the board, choose him to lead us through this next chapter. However, it’s important to stress that Sanjay and the leadership are not about changing everything, but rather evolving our culture and accelerating our business by making continuous improvements to build on the phenomenal foundation and legacy that Bob and Al with all Vaulters the preceded him have created.
