Pros

My colleagues have become family. I have always been treated well and paid fairly. My managers have allowed me to dream big and feel comfortable coming to them with ideas. There are always opportunities to learn more to add to my resume. There are holes at times, which leads to career progression and advancement.

Cons

Not a lot of work life balance in finance as we are held to very long hours with quarter ends.

Cons

senior management decisions are never explained, employee feedback doesn´t count at, management means change everything and destroy working teams and functions instead of building trust, getting people on board and help them grow, no channel strategy at all,

Thank you for your feedback – This review really caught my attention as it relates to communication with our employees during a time of fast-paced and transformational change. As a leadership team, we have committed to being as transparent as possible in our communication through our Town Halls and manager messaging and blogs and ask-me-anything sessions, but we know there is always room for improvement. As far as your comment on employee feedback not counting, I must disagree. We have always had multiple ways of soliciting Vaulter feedback including our annual employee survey from which we derive our people focus areas and build our action items. This year we have now stepped it up with quarterly pulses surveys after Town Halls as well as employee dialogue sessions. I can assure you leadership is listening and acting on feedback as it feeds our attempt to continuously improve and innovate. That said, transformational change is hard and often seems confusing and uncertain. While we are certainly not trying to change everything, I fully acknowledge that we have made some tough decisions that we firmly believe are necessary in order to position us to grow and innovate in a rapidly changing market. I truly believe that NOW is an intense but also incredibly exciting time to be at Commvault as we set out to write another 20+ years of history as the leaders and innovators in data management. If you have specific feedback that you want to discuss with me please feel free to reach out, my door is always open or you can contact me via email – Jhelt@commvault.com _ CHRO

Pros

Commvault has some great employees Most comprehensive backup solution on the market Benefits are good including unlimited PTO and a zero dollar health plan

Cons

Commvault used to have family-like culture with minimal bureaucracy but there have been many leadership changes over the past few years including an almost entire replacement of sr. leadership in the Americas over the past 6 months. Voluntary attrition is extremely high and layoffs are frequent, sales performance has been consistently poor for the past eight quarters, and morale is low. Last month people were given promotions, and then laid off, leaving people feeling very uneasy about their job stability. Product is comprehensive but complex and account teams keep changing for the customer due to the many changes in strategy and territory alignment.
