Great product, fantastic support team, a willingness to be a great place to work

Too many changes, poor marketing, keeping people too long who have not performed, belief that the product is so good, it should sell itself.

line managers were good and took time to listen to you troubles Freindly people to work with

Customer Support engineers burn out with the volumes of ticket if not than due to extremley demanding customers. Good support engineers will know that they can get better pay with less stressful work elsewhere and this can lead to more people leaving.
