      Pros

      Overall a good place to work with industry leading technology

      Cons

      Upper Management does not have direction required to succeed in the future. Sales, Product Management, Development are all silos and on their own agenda. Little or no cooperation or communication between them. This shows from the latest rounds of product releases and management shakeups.

      Pros

      - Excellent product. - Very good future if the features are planned properly. - Salary is on par with market in compared similar companies. - Very good benefits 401k, LTIPS. - One thing I like is if we play our cards properly there is a guarantee that employees spouse or family members can get a job here with or without any experience. - There are more than 10 families work in just engineering.

      Cons

      - Senior management does not what they are doing. - They just try to impress VP of engineering. - Looks like every one is having some insecurity feeling coming to work every day.

      Quality people, good pay, decent benefits, great technology.

      Cons

      Functional "towers" at Exec level inhibit cross-functional alignment. Weak at partnering, "more is better" rather than focus. Activist investor has caused major disruption.
