      Pros only if you are a sales or a technical professional. In that case great perks, benefits and promotions.

      Cons

      If you are not a sales or a technical person and have any kind of ambition, do not bother with the organisation. One of the absolute worst places to work in that case.

As an organization, we pride ourselves in providing an energizing environment of growth and development that embodies all of our values which is thankfully also the vast majority of Vaulters experience according to our recent engagement survey. As a fast growing organization we are committed to supporting the growth of our entire Vaulter community no matter the function or department they sit within. As such we continue to invest heavily in resources like the Commvault University, development days, career workshops, external speakers, unlocking potential conversations, Toastmaster groups as well as our internal careers portal. Not only because we want to but because we have to: It’s what will continue to fuel our growth as a company, given the single biggest asset we have is the people making up Commvault.       Good product. Solid customer service.

      Cons

      Company's attempts to reinvent itself is causing significant dislocation among employees and customers. Sales churn is level is terrible. Influx of Oracle staff that don't understand the IT/cloud industry is distractive.

I agree that we have a fantastic product and that we have an incredible asset in our customer support team who boast a 98% customer satisfaction score. I acknowledge that change is a constant at Commvault but to me, that’s a fact of life when you are in tech and while it can be hard it also keeps us all fresh and moving forward. As an organization, we want to continue to push for disruptive innovation – and reinventing ourselves - to stay relevant to our customers and as such fuel our continued growth. That’s been the hallmark of Commvault for the past 20 years and will continue to be for the 20+ years ahead. I acknowledge that change can be taxing and that we are not perfect but I firmly believe we are getting better as also evidenced by the significant reduction we have seen in sales attrition over the past year, as well as the industry low attrition we enjoy as a company overall. Our Vaulters come from many different backgrounds, organizations, and locations. We want the best at Commvault and will continue to hire top talent from across the tech industry who can bring new experiences and perspectives and who wants to contribute to the journey we are on.
