      Work life balance is very well taken care of, supportive colleagues and good learning opportunities if steps taken proactively. Hybrid work option.

      Cons

      Pay is less than industry standard, no bonuses or performance hikes. No additional perks. Low motivation due to lack of acknowledgement for young employees.
