Pros

Great product Interesting tech Speak to a lot of people over the phone from all over the world, if you're into that kind of work - 1--% phone based.

Cons

Poor work life balance with shift rotations Boring culture Feels like the company think they have a great culture on the outside, but once you're inside it's pretty average. No social events. No one says good morning to you, there's very little interaction between employees during the day - strange culture.

Pros

Excellent organization, leadership and products. Commvault is a first class software company developing the best data management software solution in the industry.

Cons

Only con is that Commvault does not have the name recognition and market share of some of the larger and more well known companies in this space.

Pros

Great people. Good management. The best technology in the market, by far. Very good alliances with the most important storage manufacturers.

Cons

Poor long term vision. Poor fringe benefits. Difficult to compete with purely backup. Top management needs to understand that it's the data management the way to position the solutions.
