      Good pay. Nice benefits. No micromanagement within my department.

      Cons

      Depending on your logistics it can feel like unless you are at head office, you don't get much opportunity for moving up. Also many positions have been moving to India over the last few years. Just a matter of time where it will all be done remotely from there.
