      Pros

      Nice campus/office at the Tinton Falls headquarters.

      Cons

      If you want to experience anxiety and depression come to work here. A lot of folks are on disability due to high stress and incompetent Management Nepotism in promotions and hiring. No raise. Constant Layoffs Outsourcing to India. Daily Chaos. It is not working. But they just don't care. The recent Layoff list is very political. Incompetent people with connections are saved at the cost of qualified people.

      Pros

      Great technology. Seriously the best in the industry bar none. Great internal resources. Updated interface is super easy to use.

      Cons

      Very siloed environment Several RIFs in the past 2 years Company pay is much less than market Management has no idea on how to sell the product or enable the channel Training was sub par. They focused on how to sell vs. insight on the product Management thinks that just because the product is the best in Gartner, it should sell itself. However it is a highly competitive landscape. Ever changing strategy and licensing. In the few years I worked there, the license model changed 4 times. Super hard to explain to customers
