Great teams and support from management, that allow you to be challenged and think outside the box. Spectacular culture and first class working environment. Great learning opportunities with people willing to teach. You are treated like a valued employee. Beautiful headquarters with unlimited benefits.

Great technology: stable and forward thinking approach to embracing the cloud. First and second line management are focused on empowering and cultivating the employee. Integrity is pushed into the culture from Bob Hammer down.

Cons

Slow to react to changing marketplace. Company is at a turning point: midsize company sometimes acting small when they larger and acting big when they smaller.
