Pros

- Great product that does so much more than just backup - Individual contributions are recognised. Big fish small pond type picture. - I have had the opportunity to stretch my skills and increase my knowledge beyond my expectations. I am challenged, but supported by my manager, and team. I have probably gained 2 years experience in 1 year, with the pace and complexity. - Wonderful supportive team colleagues. - Salary good to excellent

Cons

- Complexity. Very process orientated. - Geographical issues with supporting an EMEA wide team. - Benefits Adequate.

Pros

the Simpana technology and integration of information management disciplines is outstanding. Good to sell and great competitive ROI. Global reach and enterprise scale, with good support and post-sales capability. The people there are mostly motivated and focused, good compensation and a lot socialising outside of work.

Cons

top level Management changes caused some issues, although I have heard this is much better now (2016).
