      Pros

      - Beautiful office and decent pay for the area. - Opportunity to work closely with the senior management - Senior management is extremely motivated and that rubs on to the team - You report to managers who are themselves extremely technical and understand your work - Use of modern technologies and proactiveness to adapt, rather than stay stuck with legacy stuff. - On the whole, ideas are encouraged and if you show initiative, efforts are acknowledged. - Unlimited PTO is great. The justified use of it is obviously expected, but in general the company walks the talk when it comes to the policy and it’s not for namesake.

      Cons

      - Recent reorganization has led to an uncertain atmosphere and it’s a little demotivating - 401k plan should improve. The vesting schedule is wayyyy too stretched out for a meagre 2% company match - Very few social events for employees to unwind - Culture varies across departments which sometimes makes company social events awkward to attend

We are in such an exciting time in Commvault’s history and watching our Vaulters come together and ‘play for the front of their jersey’ makes me very proud. Rapid change is all part of a thriving tech company and while the announcement of the Elliot investment did initially cause some uncertainty amongst employees I think that everyone understands by now what a unique position this puts us in. An investment of that size shows they see what we see: An opportunity to take what’s already great and make it even greater.       Needs Diversity & Different Angel

      Pros

      Great environment to work in. Fun and challenging! Games are a plus to break up the regular grind. Flex time if you are mature about it

      Cons

      Not enough diversity in culture. It would be nice to have management in all colors, shapes & sizes. There is no brand culture identity. There’s no fresh perspective and fearful of trying new people from other fields

      Pros

      Pay and benefits are still good. The buildings is really nice and new. Most of the people are great.

      Cons

      Lots of hours. Nights, weekends, holidays, didn't matter. Very cliquey within management. Lead to poor morale, and poorer attempts to boos morale. Don't even think about advancement, even attempts to transfer out of Finance will be blocked.
