      Pros

      Amazing products, even competitors recognize Commvault as the best in class. Although it's a slow process, it's clear that leadership cares and is committed about the wellbeing of the employees. We've gone to a "Freedom PTO" (unlimited) policy, have a fantastic new HQ (with slide, game rooms, etc.), and the management is responding to the employee satisfaction survey. It's a highly innovative environment...good for people that really want to make an impact. We also have fun at work.

      Cons

      Constant change has been on ongoing issue. Lack of brand and marketing in key markets has hindered us...but that is being address with a new marketing team. Communications are beginning to improve, but still need work.

      - One of the best product in the data management market - Great vision from product management

      Cons

      - In EMEA many managers is ex-EMC people, that has destroyed the great culture CVLT had. - The new management style from the ex-EMC is like the army, they failed to motivate and guide people. - Many of the best account manager have left the company. - Pipeline is going down and the stocks have dropped from 90 to 39. - Resellers are switching to Veeam and Veritas, price approval processes is taking forever in CVLT, resellers will not wait for that. - Simple licens model is changed to a complex one.
