      Pros

      Amazing team (at least the one I was part of). Very approachable and excellent guidance available from seniors. No pain points whatsoever while collaborating with local team members. The premises and facilities were pretty good as well.

      Cons

      Sometimes it can seem that there is a little too much micro management while collaborating with offshore colleagues.
