      Flexible timings and good leave policy. Good product.

      Cons

      Bad mid-level management. Company still working in startup mode - unorganized. No communication across teams. Work is average.

      I work with some good Consulting Engineers. The best thing that could happen to the company is a buyout. Senior Management for worldwide sales and services are very weak and a buyout would solve this problem.

      Very little training Work on the average of 55 to 60 hours per week Need to add additional Engineers Weak support department Company's product is average
