Very good company growth and it has a bright future. Great product and customer base is good. Good learning opportunity and challenging work. Friendly and talented people, friendly working environment. Flexibility in office hours. Work from home Facility.

Cons

Most of the times employees are overloaded with work. Compensation is not par with the level of commitment. Salary structure does not have any flexible component. Less opportunities of fun and recreation.

Support leadership and management- Power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely. Staff treated poorly If you’re not in the inner circle, you’re treated as an outcast.

Pros

Good compensation, good managment. Great, and I mean GREAT, product. It is very rewarding to be working for a small company going up against multi-billion dollar competitors and kicking their a$$ with a better product.

Cons

Cheap when it comes to benefits and doing corporate wide events. Although the company is growing like gangbusters, it is hard to feel you are participating in the growth financially as an employee. Beyond that, the things one would typically see in a fast growing company. Processes that no longer work for the size and can inhibit getting things done. The managment team is working hard at building appropriate processes to make life better for all employees.
