      Pros

      Still carrying a start-up like culture in heart after a really explosive growth over past 5 years and becoming a $2 billion company. Plenty of opportunities and freedom to improve the things around. Talented are cordial co-workers. Management understands needs of employees.

      Cons

      It gets pretty hectic at times, mostly because of still a start-up like work culture.

      Management gives developers freedom to use their creativity, red tape kept to a minimum, company still small enough that you can make a noticeable difference in the company.

      Cons

      Work schedule can be daunting - be prepared to put in serious overtime during release crunches.
