Pros

The product is the best in the industry for data management

Cons

The division of Core and Enterprise sales has been a disaster. Although this change is necessary, sales management should have given more time for the transistion. The sales cycle for large deals is 18 - 24 months and CommVault management demands sales results every 90 days. Good sales professionals are leaving and CommVault is getting a bad reputation in the market place for churning through people. If you are in sales, run away from this company.
