      - CommVault develops the market-leading technology, so a lot of opportunities to learn. - Management is very friendly, interferes as little as possible in the work. - Lot of flexibility. - Good employee benefits. - Option to shift to the US office after a few years.

      - Sometimes the workload becomes unbearable, especially during release time. - The office is a bit congested.

      Too much pressure to handle at times due to improper planning. And at times developers are distracted with existing release issues.
