Return to work mandate is an attempt to outsource US jobs overseas

Pros

None at this present time.

Cons

When COVID struck, the company sold its headquarters in Tinton Falls, NJ, made everyone work from home, and assured employees they would not be required to return. However, within the past year, the company leased space in the same building and is now mandating that all New Jersey employees work in the office full time—despite commutes of one to two hours each way for many people. This shift feels less about collaboration and more like a strategy to push employees to resign, only to replace them with lower-cost overseas workers (e.g., India). What makes this even more disheartening is that the company is not struggling financially—quite the opposite. It has reported 12 consecutive quarters of double-digit growth, and its stock price has tripled in just two years.

Pros

Lunch provided often. WFH on Fridays.

Cons

Wouldn’t usually leave a review here. However, in this case, I feel it’s important to warn future candidates about what they can expect. (Interesting how the last two five star reviews were left by current employees - one day apart) Favoritism: success here is heavily influenced by favoritism, which can make or break your chances, regardless of your performance or effort. Zero Training: Majority of this team’s sales staff have little to no experience in tech sales. There’s no structured training to help you get up to speed on a complicated product. Inconsistent Expectations: Change daily, and leadership rarely communicates with each other to ensure a unified message. Lack of support: Prepare to endure condescending and belittling remarks from the Director as he attempts to assert his importance. There is a feeling of eroding confidence from new hires who are already struggling to learn a complex product without any training or guidance.

Pros

Benefits, 9 -5, you get a desk, product is ok but very pricey.

Cons

Micro Managers, fraternizing between managers, ask in appropriate things to people. No real guidance or help to better yourself. I just hope they change these things for the next people they sell a dream
