      Pros

      Work on a diverse product positioned in the Enterprise market. Have the ability to move to different test teams and work on different applications if so desired. Its family oriented and hours are flexible. Overall its a fantastic company i love working for.

      Cons

      There is some favoritism that does go on. But i feel like you have that anywhere.

      Pros

      Innovative company with fantastic product. Despite being a mid-size and growing company, people at CommVault have an opportunity to wear a lot of different hats and take on new responsibilities. Coworkers are friendly and direct. The new HQ in NJ is world class.

      Cons

      The company is going through some transitions as the marketplace changes around it, but the executive strategy seems sound and already seems to be producing results.
