Challenging Work Environment Chance to work on latest technologies Chance to study market trends Chance to work on open source stuff and it is being encouuraged Design and Architecture a lot of things to set right, so this can be seen as an uphill challenging to task to set things right

Cons

Incompetent Management Close minded group of leaders Very defensive in the approach towards the industry No consciousness towards code quality/design.

Location, in downtown fort lauderdale

Cons

Management has favorites in Fort Lauderdale office that has nothing to do with job productivity or sales. Some people will be laid off while others who spend the entire work day socializing and not hitting quota will stay on for years which is a major red flag. Already looking for another position because of the negative environment in this office. If you are looking for a secure and stable career, I do not recommend working here.
