      Pros

      Growth potential as the industry is still growing. Treat employees with respect and reward for hard work. From a corporate perspective they make a priority of infusing fun into the workplace.

      Cons

      Promotions based on how long one has been with the company as opposed to what an employee brings to the table. Extremely long hours for little gratitude within specific organizations and credit can often times be taken by a superior for what a subordinate has accomplished.

      Company is focused on information management delivering a technically superior product, which is entirely home grown. Does NOT acquire companies to grow. Consistent QoQ/YoY growth No Debt, $500M in the bank Everyone contributes... No do nothing managers

      Flexible timings and good leave policy. Good product.

      Cons

      Bad mid-level management. Company still working in startup mode - unorganized. No communication across teams. Work is average.
