      Pros

      Great & humble engineering team, other folks at lower level are also quite nice in other teams.

      Cons

      Customer Support and HR now run everything. Horrible pay, benefits for engineering teams. To an extent that customer support, admin, finance all teams are taken for team outings but never engineering.

      The organization's growth has caused a shift in focus away from engineering, resulting in an unstable work environment and hastiness in decision-making.

      Pros

      Flexibility is a key part of the culture here, and is supported from the top down. Great go to market strategy and positioning, especially with our new approach to cyber resilience. Supportive work environment and room to grow/develop.

      Cons

      With any company that is not gathering as much in-person anymore, sometimes you miss seeing people in an office daily. However, this is just a reality of hybrid working, and I appreciate everything Commvault's done to help facilitate connections in a remote/hybrid world.
