      good salary, good product and people

      Bugs in the systems, immediate expectations of sales results, which is unrealistic in the case of a backup product and huge competition

      Pros

      People are working diligently for a product. Manger is smart and will listen to you. They don't do fancy things, they work on actual issues. So many indian and chinese in R&D. People work remotely in R&D. Salary is high in nj, but not comparable with Silicon valley.

      Cons

      Commvault is a good company, but it's not famous in the industry, almost no one know it when I talked about it with my friends.
