      Remote work opportunities allow for a flexible schedule.

      Cons

      BPs don't receive any benefit from the bonuses that the sales teams make, despite being integral to making assignments possible.

      Pros

      Wonderful benefits, with a people centered culture. Very flexible with a huge emphasis on work/life balance. Volunteer work is highly supported. Wonderful company as a whole.

      Cons

      Communication is near non existent. Poor management is overlooked and often rewarded. Management actions do not align with core values what so ever. Micromanaging seems to be the norm here.
