Pros

discount for employees is cost, but only one day per month. Looking at the profit/cost on some major items there is no benefit for the 12 times per year discount. Large items are already discounted to lowest possible level for consumers. How is this company making any money other than persecuting sales associates into barraging customers into buying extras they don't want or need????

Cons

the sales guys i work with are the best. Managers are quite condecending and have little experience with understanding the heartbeat of customers and the process of getting a sale. Too many dropped commissions. They take away sales for the smallest reason. Feel like i'm working like a dog for very meager compensation.ownsides of working at CompUSA.

Pros

Great co workers and management team. I loved the respect I got. Very organized company and actually care about it's employees.

Cons

More hands on training and computer training, more cross training. More sales training for the sales team, a less complicated computer system.
