Great technology. Good company branding in the area. They have a good image in the eyes of the local market.

Cons

Not sure if the technology was worth the large fees (~$2000 annually) they charge to have you in Compass. Not suited for newer agents, as they don't provide training and take large fees.

Free unlimited printing, modern office in a nice location, monthly sales meetings, Compass App to use for clients, staff is friendly for the most part.

Cons

High Monthly fee, the other Agents arent very friendly, the environment does not feel collaborative, can only have the opportunity for an office if your a high producer,
