Pros

Overall, I feel that Compass is a great brokerage to be an agent. I love that they are very tech-forward, although there are often situations that arise when the tech does not work properly. It has a prestigious feel without being stuffy like other brokerages.

Cons

Lots of bumps in the road when we lose members of our office support team to layoffs

Pros

Love the tools the Compass platform provides and the technology to help me grow my business. The diversity of the Agents and Leadership also is what makes me love being a part of Compass.

Cons

Broker fees are a significantly higher than others.

Free food and good leads

The MVMT team seemed amazing at first. The compass environment is attractive and the office spaces are really nice. However, after a few months, I started being treated very differently and I noticed the team leads starting to speak to me with aggressive behavior that was often abusive. I would recommend finding a different team at compass.
