Compass has a great brand and people who really care about the success of their agents.

Cons

As with many start-ups, Compass has a lot of platforms and sometimes the sheer volume or resources to use can be overwhelming.

Pros

Amazing agent support, professional and caring culture, organized infrastructure, comfortable office spaces

Cons

Unless you are a top agent, there is no place for you at Compass unless you are hired by an agent who runs their own team. How you are treated, paid, etc is through your team lead so you’d better hope he/she is a good boss. There is some wonderful ones out there and then some bad ones. Your experience at Compass will be determined by that agent and how they run their team.
