      You can break out and be a rotator

      Cons

      No senior leadership can’t find help when needed most people aren’t very comprehensive I wouldn’t hire compass as a contractor people only getting ahead due to being buddy’s bootlickers to management work is VERY inconsistent not worth the headache

      Good way to learn a lot very quickly Shop environment is good Most people are helpful and nice

      Cons

      The managers will sexually harass you with no repercussions (will get promoted in fact)
