-They allow newbies in the industry (depending on the account) -easy hiring process -Email only (in my account) -WFH -can do schedule adjustments -approachable leads -good working environment SO FAR, SO GOOD :)

-no incentives yet. This is it for now.

There are engagement activities every month to look forward to. Work schedule can be adjusted for emergency situations/uncontrollable events. For 5 months, overall experience is very good

In my almost 5 months in the company, none so far.
