Pros

There are a lot of pros!!! I am about a month in, I started off in one brand and that didn't work out and they did their best by transferring me to another which they allowed me to choose. The Supervisors are amazing and have great attitudes. The CEO is super friendly and involved with company games, conversations and more. You cannot go wrong with your choice here.

Cons

The only con is the pay, but the comfort makes it worthwhile.

At the moment, I’m not here to share any pro’s about the company.

Cons

There appears to be a significant degree of favoritism among senior leadership. Managers who are not directly generating substantial revenue for the company often receive little to no recognition, regardless of their dedication or the exceptional service they provide to Compass and its clients.
