Possibility to transfer to another Compass Group location. IF you get the job and IF you want to relocate.

Cons

So much extra stuff. On top of doing your job, there is a lot of corporate related things that they want you to do. They expect you to do more than you can get done in a 50 hour week. And your are punished for not finishing all these extra assignments.
