Pros

Alesha Was the best manager ever. She was so accommodating with me as far as the schedule and whenever I wasn't comfortable with something due to my anxiety etc, she would instantly fix the problem. The pay was amazing and the work place atmosphere was so laid back. Night shift, you basically work at your own lace.

Cons

It was 45 minutes from my house and the hours became a problem (4 pm to 12:30 am) as a mom, with 3 kids who had to get kids up for school in the morning.

The pay is trash, the management is Ludacris, everyone in the location is either related, racist or just doesn't care for anyone out of their race.

Training provided Free certifications Material received every month to use in Health&Safety meetings with my team.

Cons

There was too much information to handle initially and no chance to adapt. I did not have an assistant while working with Compass, and I knew that I needed it due to the workflow and quantity of assignments from the client and from Compass in my department. I requested help that was never given, and by the time I left, the person who got my job position got an assistant as soon as she took the job.
