-Management is poorly run -Severely disorganised, especially with newcomers who have never been in a FIFO role before. -Treat staff poorly and often make you feel like you're worth nothing in the company -Very high turnover of staff -Had no chance, despite multiple attempts, at becoming fulltime in the department I wanted because I'm a woman. A male friend of mine who was also casual, was (at the same point in time) offered the position, which he had not expressed any interest in. I was very clearly liked by my team and told I was a good worker multiple times.
