      Not enough training

      Pros

      Free food, and has the potential for training on new platforms.

      Cons

      Clients can be extremely rude and difficult to work with, not enough training on devices company supports. Leadership fails employees on a regular basis. The company does not pay a liveable wage for the work that is done causing a high turnover rate with techs.

      Pros

      Free food, interesting environments, interesting people to work with. Work flow can be great with peer mentoring. Networking with great people can create helpful career moves for later.

      Cons

      Stressful environments can be toxic, learning ins and outs of area coverage without proper knowledge of buildings can be headaches, leadership is extremely hit or miss with helping. Client’s can be overly rude and management sticks with clients word over employee. Upper management structure really threw the ball on some situations which was extremely poor of character.

      Exceptionally boring job, not a lot of opportunity for advancement and weird hourly systems
