Pros

Hours in the right account the hours aren't bad

Cons

paperwork and taking pictures always to much to do and not enough time and most of it doesnt make any sense to why you need to do it you are constantly worried about getting everything done and most of it is just a waste of time i am in A small account so there is no time to get things done while large accounts managers dont do as much and have time and the staff to get things done it is poor management from the top and no understanding for flexibility with smaller accounts
