They say no weekends, not true. They say 40 hours, more like 60. Highly unskilled labor training is nonexistent Expected to produce high quality food on sysco budget

Pros

Compass group allowed me to develop my culinary skills, and management skills, while allowing me to keep my life as a single dad in line.

Cons

Compass group has been holding on to many accounts in the CT region that are small and not challenging for me, and with company's leaving the state i feel I want to find work elsewhere.
