Pros

Fair wages, benefits: health insurance for full time workers, unionized. Difficult to get fired. Will compensate back pay.

Cons

Some members of management are unprofessional. They hire basically everyone; not everyone does their job to the best of their ability.

It's a huge company, which is also a positive, however it just takes a while to learn the ropes when you're new.

Pros

fantastic support from every division of the company including HR, QA, OHS, DM and so on. I have the best DM, wish we were not losing him.

Cons

wages are low for the effort that is put in by all on the front lines. Not sure if upper management realize just how much time and effort is put in by everyone on their team to make the experience a great one for the customer.
