      Pros

      Free lunch but that's pretty much it to be honest. Would say more but can't sorry. If your face fits I'd say you could progress, clearly mine doesn't!

      Cons

      For salary paid expectations far too high, I'm a hard worker and am not afraid to go above and beyond but they need to value people more.

      Pros

      Cleaning jobs are considered among the lowest of legal occupations and therefore cleaners can be treated with disregard by their employers. However, my experience of Compass is one of professionalism: they pay in full, on time, and do not overburden their staff. There is a clear line of management with Area Manager and Supervisor and no interference is allowed from the people we are cleaning for.

      Cons

      The company has to keep the contract and so as cleaners we are required to say 'Yes' when asked to do something that is not for us to do while doing Janitor duties. This is not a big problem because such duties are long and the break in monotony can be refreshing.

      Pros

      The staff and management are friendly. The training has been better than most. They pride themselves on their diverse ways of working and flexibility.

      Cons

      I would like a full time contract. I would like more staff meetings. Wages could be higher as others who work for non compass owned brands earn more for the same level if not higher standard of work. E learning is great but time is needed to accommodate this.
