Pros

Versatile working hours, meet new people, variety of events

Cons

Managers look down on staff, managers expect you to work long hours with no break at times, they speak to the younger staff as if they are children, very unprofessional. Very poor pay. Seem to love the whole "if you dont like it then quit' attitude.

Upward mobility encouraged, decent benefit package, relocation packages included with cross-country moves, positive leadership from superiors including cross-sector changes.

Cons

there is no such thing as a 50 hour work week, budget allowances are rarely in-line with account needs.
