flexible part time, close to work

Cons

the manager didn't allow me to take break after I had work for 4 hours. Before the new store ready for the grand opening, one of the manager just slavery us to work for hours without any break and not even food.

Pros

Your generally working for a great client. Monthly training. Co workers can be great. Multicultural employees, so you can be exposed to lots of fantastic cultures and beliefs. Great pay and penalty rates.

Cons

Upper management really lack the skills to look after their workers. A positive environment isn't instilled or promoted to a point where workers believe in the concept. Time management is preferred over quality of work.
