Pros

Steady hours, can work weekends to get more days off, benefits

Cons

Customers are very rude, workload is very large, raises are not existent (you receive a cost of living bump as your "raise" at the beginning of the new year, no bonuses

Making changes to all their cafe;s to update a new look and get customers coming in

No bonuses, don;t always say they appreiciate what you do, don't get any perks

Pros

Decent pay if you live in the area, coworkers are nice

Cons

Micromanaging leads to employees leaving, benefits arent that great and they dont kick in for 90 days so if you get hired around the holidays you will have holidays off but not paid yet. Policies about being sick in your 90 days arent a good setup for people in food service.
