      Pros

      Good job if you want to supplement your income Shifts are convenient and never longer than 6 hours. Senior management is very understanding and friendly Room to try new things,improve menu and numerous promotion opportunities if you want to come in asa full time employee

      Pros

      Compass provide food for employee's break's if they are entitled to a 30 minute break ( 6 and a half hours or more).

      Cons

      Big corruption within the company ( Employee's wages are not fair). Some employee's are on a higher rate of pay than other's in the same position. Some colleagues are Favorited more than others, there for get away with things they shouldn't do. No respect for employee's. I also see people treated unfairly with their hours that they work ( some people will receive better shifts)
