      One big lie. They trick you into thinking you are secure in your role when really they are holding a knife at your back.

      Pros

      The co workers, definitely not including management, you meet some of the most amazing and hardworking people and certainly build great friendships. We're a real team and that is something I'll miss when I quit.

      Cons

      Management will do anything to cover their backs! They will lie, commit fraud, you name it and odds are they've probably done it.

      some mangers have attitude and need to follow the high set standards set by Compass.

      Pros

      The loyalty to the company of most colleagues allows project deadlines to be met in time. A professional link between middle management and their employees.

      Cons

      Unstable business in the current economic market. Upper management does not involve regular employees in changes which have a direct impact on the employee's daily work.
